Hi I'm Julianne Baron. I'm a Web Designer with UX Practice and I create engaging user interfaces for small businesses.
I have a bachelors degree in Sustainable Community Development with a Business minor. Additionally, I have completed the Google UX Design Certificate. From the UX certificate, I learned that I love doing Web and UI design, so I decided to pursue that path. However, I still take UX practices into my design process.
I interned at a startup for an app that helped people find compost recycling locations. I gathered data on their recycling locations to place into the app and did a competitive analysis on similar recycling programs.
During my UX certificate, I created portfolio projects for new startup ideas; two of which created social impact. In college I wanted to do something related to sustainable business. So now I'm here to support small businesses by creating and maintaining beautiful websites that generate higher engagement and higher profits.
Outside of designing, I love to traveling, going on nature walks, paddle boarding and taking selfies with elephants 😜
